WF MarketLink Privacy Policy

WF MarketLink ("the App") is provided by HappyHouse.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use WF MarketLink.

1. Information We Collect

WF MarketLink does not require an account and does not directly collect or store personal information on servers operated by HappyHouse.

The App does not directly collect your name, email address, precise location, Warframe account credentials, or Warframe Market account credentials.

2. Local Data Storage

WF MarketLink stores certain information locally on your device in order to provide its features. This may include:

  • Your selected watchlist items
  • Cached market prices and update times
  • Overlay settings
  • Selected platform settings

This information is used locally by the App and is not uploaded to a server operated by HappyHouse.

3. Warframe Market

WF MarketLink communicates with the public Warframe Market API to retrieve publicly available item and trading information.

Requests may include an item identifier and general request information required to retrieve market data.

WF MarketLink does not send your Warframe credentials, Warframe Market credentials, email address, or other account information to the Warframe Market API.

Warframe Market is a third-party service and is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Clipboard

WF MarketLink can generate a trade message and write that message to the Android clipboard so that you can paste it into Warframe.

The App does not read the contents of your clipboard.

Generated trade messages may contain publicly available seller names, item names, and trade prices.

5. Advertising

WF MarketLink displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google Mobile Ads may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, ad interaction information, and other information necessary to provide, personalize, measure, and protect advertising services, subject to Google's policies and the user's applicable privacy and advertising settings.

HappyHouse does not operate its own advertising server.

6. Permissions

WF MarketLink may request permissions necessary for its features, including:

  • Internet and network access for retrieving market information and displaying ads
  • Display over other apps permission for the in-game market overlay
  • Foreground service functionality for maintaining the overlay
  • Notification permission where required by Android for foreground service operation

These permissions are used to provide the App's functionality.

7. Analytics and Crash Reporting

WF MarketLink does not currently integrate a separate analytics or crash reporting service such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or Sentry.

8. Data Sharing

HappyHouse does not sell personal information collected by WF MarketLink.

Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob, may process data according to their own privacy policies.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Watchlist and preference information stored by WF MarketLink is kept locally on your device.

Because WF MarketLink does not provide a user account or operate a backend database containing this information, there is no server-side user account or personal data record to delete.

Locally stored App data can be removed through Android's app data controls or by uninstalling the App, subject to Android backup and restore behavior.

10. Children's Privacy

WF MarketLink is not specifically designed for children.

Advertising and other third-party services may be subject to additional requirements depending on the user's region and age.

11. Security

WF MarketLink minimizes the information it handles and does not operate a backend service for storing user account information.

Network communication with supported services uses HTTPS.

12. Third-Party Services

WF MarketLink uses or communicates with third-party services including:

  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
  • Warframe Market

Use of these services may be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when WF MarketLink's features, third-party services, or legal requirements change.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
